Remi
Loratadine is helpful. It is not a magic eraser.
If you are still sneezing after taking it, you are either treating the wrong problem or missing the basics.
Step 1: Make Sure It Is Allergies
Allergies often look like sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, itchy skin, or hives. If you have fever, body aches, or you feel “flu-ish,” it may not be allergies.
Step 2: Fix The Environment
This is where results come from. Check your triggers and reduce exposure:
Dust and bedding.
Strong perfumes and air fresheners.
Damp corners and mold.
Smoke exposure.
Step 3: Use Medication Like A Plan
Take the recommended dose. Do not stack antihistamines because you are frustrated. If you keep struggling, ask a clinician or pharmacist what to switch and what else to add.
Step 4: Stop The “One More Tablet” Cycle
Overmedicating can bring drowsiness, dry mouth, and poor concentration. It can also hide the fact that you are dealing with something else.
