With this new feature, customers can find your pharmacy on Chowdeck, view your products and place orders directly, without visiting your store first.
It works with your existing setup inside Dispensary.

You don't need new systems or processes with this feature. Your products appear inside the Chowdeck app, complete with pricing, availability and delivery options.
And your orders come into Dispensary the same way. So when someone orders via Chowdeck, it shows alongside all your other requests.
What's new in this release
Chowdeck listing access: Your pharmacy will now appear directly on Chowdeck as a vendor.
Live product sync: In-store stock changes reflect online automatically. What sells in Dispensary updates on Chowdeck in real time.
Integrated order flow: Orders placed on Chowdeck arrive in your Dispensary dashboard, just like any other request.
Delivery through Chowdeck couriers: Riders are assigned through Chowdeck's network. No need to arrange your own logistics.

Getting started
Once you log into Dispensary:
Go to More → Channels → Edit Channels → Enable Chowdeck Marketplace
Confirm your inventory
Verify your pricing
Update your opening and delivery hours
Once you're enabled, customers will start placing orders instantly after approval.
